intenzivn\u00edho cvi\u010den\u00ed s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi f\u00e1zemi odpo\u010dinku&nbsp;<\/strong>nebo cvi\u010den\u00ed s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed intenzitou.&nbsp;Nap\u0159\u00edklad cvi\u010den\u00ed syndrom a obezita.&nbsp;Metaanal\u00fdza t\u011bchto studi\u00ed odhalila, \u017ee se u subjekt\u016f zapojen\u00fdch&nbsp;do HIIT tr\u00e9nink\u016f&nbsp;<strong>zlep\u0161ily jejich
