\u017ee&nbsp;<strong>sn\u00eddan\u011b je z\u00e1kladem pro dopln\u011bn\u00ed energie po sp\u00e1nku,&nbsp;<\/strong>jin\u00e9 se zase op\u00edraj\u00ed o fakta dokazuj\u00edc\u00ed jejich&nbsp;<strong>neefektivitu v oblasti hubnut\u00ed. <\/strong>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed odborn\u00edci nav\u00edc tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp;<strong>d\u016fle\u017eitost sn\u00eddan\u011b souvis\u00ed s rostouc\u00edm trhem sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdch sm\u011bs\u00ed, vlo\u010dek a cere\u00e1li\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/strong>Firmy, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00ed takov\u00e9 produkty, toti\u017e deklaruj\u00ed, \u017ee sn\u00eddan\u011b je z\u00e1kladem dne a bez n\u00ed byste ani nem\u011bli vyj\u00edt na&nbsp;ulici.&nbsp;<strong>Jak\u00e1 je tedy realita?&nbsp;<\/strong>Je sn\u00eddan\u011b nezbytn\u00fdm za\u010d\u00e1tkem dne nebo pouze&nbsp;<strong>oby\u010dejn\u00fdm marketingov\u00fdm trikem?<\/strong>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: vynech\u00e1n\u00ed<strong> negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na t\u011blesnou hmotnost <\/strong>a m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat obezitu.&nbsp;Ve skute\u010dnosti v\u0161ak nejde ani tak o to, zda&nbsp;<strong>sn\u00eddani vynech\u00e1te nebo ne, <\/strong>jako o to,&nbsp;<strong>co si zvol\u00edte za sv\u00e9 prvn\u00ed j\u00eddlo dne.&nbsp;<\/strong>Je toti\u017e rozd\u00edl, zda r\u00e1no&nbsp;<strong>dopln\u00edte energii vyv\u00e1\u017eenou sn\u00eddan\u00ed&nbsp;<\/strong>nebo tu\u010dn\u00fdmi \u010di sladk\u00fdmi j\u00eddly. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: j\u00eddlo dne, m\u011bli ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed index t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti&nbsp;<\/strong>(BMI) ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed jedli <strong>vydatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ob\u011bd nebo ve\u010de\u0159i.&nbsp;<\/strong>Od\u016fvodnili to t\u00edm, \u017ee sn\u00eddan\u011b&nbsp;<strong>pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zvy\u0161ovat pocit sytosti b\u011bhem dne,&nbsp;<\/strong>\u010d\u00edm\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje&nbsp;<strong>n\u00e1sledn\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/strong>Dal\u0161\u00ed studie potvrdila tento efekt &#8211; lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>vynechali sn\u00eddani&nbsp;<\/strong>nebo si na sn\u00eddani dop\u0159\u00e1li neuspokojivou porci, m\u011bli&nbsp;<strong>tendenci p\u0159ej\u00eddat se v dob\u011b ob\u011bda a ve\u010de\u0159e.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [10]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Nav\u00edc zjistili, \u017ee&nbsp;<strong>vydatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zlep\u0161ovat kvalitu stravy,&nbsp;<\/strong>jeliko\u017e sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e1 j\u00eddla v\u011bt\u0161inou&nbsp;<strong>obsahuj\u00ed v\u00edce \u017eivin a vl\u00e1kniny.&nbsp;<\/strong>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee v\u0161e z\u00e1vis\u00ed na tom, co si na sn\u00eddani zvol\u00edte.&nbsp;Pokud to toti\u017e bude t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 a tu\u010dn\u00e1 slanina \u010di sladk\u00e9 croissanty, efekt m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt opa\u010dn\u00fd.&nbsp;Pokud v\u0161ak tedy naopak nazna\u010duje, \u017ee&nbsp;<strong>sn\u00eddan\u011b nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt dobrou strategi\u00ed na hubnut\u00ed<\/strong>.&nbsp;Pot\u0159eba jsou v\u0161ak dal\u0161\u00ed randomizovan\u00e9 kontrolovan\u00e9 pokusy vysok\u00e9 kvality, kter\u00e9 by prozkoumaly, jak sn\u00eddan\u011b ovliv\u0148uje regulaci hmotnosti. Jedin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jak zjistit, zda sn\u00eddan\u011b&nbsp;<strong>hraje p\u0159i&nbsp;hubnut\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed roli,&nbsp;<\/strong>je prozkoumat v\u00fdb\u011br konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch
