Zato je klju\u010dnega pomena ozave\u0161\u010danje o njem in opozarjanje na njegove simptome in mo\u017ena tveganja.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [3] [4] [5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Policisti\u010dni jaj\u010dniki se nana\u0161ajo na stanje, v katerem je znotraj jaj\u010dnikov veliko mo\u0161nji\u010dkov, napolnjenih s <strong>teko\u010dino.<\/strong> To so <strong>folikli,<\/strong> ki vsebujejo <strong>nezrelo jaj\u010dece.<\/strong>&nbsp;Sam izraz &#8220;policisti\u010dna&#8221; je <strong>kombinacija<\/strong> besed <strong>&#8220;poli&#8221;<\/strong> v pomenu <strong>&#8220;mnogo&#8221;<\/strong> in &#8220;cista&#8221;. Nekatere \u017eenske, ki trpijo zaradi tega sindroma, imajo <strong>ciste na jaj\u010dnikih.<\/strong>&nbsp;Vendar pa lahko ime velja tudi za <strong>delno zavajajo\u010de, saj veliko \u017eensk s PCOS nima cist.<\/strong>&nbsp;Zato to morda ne velja za vse \u017eenske. V tem \u010dlanku vam bomo predstavili vrste PCOS in njihove razlike.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>PCOS sta prvi\u010d opisala <strong>I. F. Stein in M. Leventhal<\/strong> pred pribli\u017eno 80 leti v delu, imenovanem Amenoreja, povezana s policisti\u010dnimi jaj\u010dniki. Opisala sta ga kot oligo-amenorejo in sindrom policisti\u010dnih jaj\u010dnikov, ki sta spremenljivo povezana z debelostjo, aknami in <strong>hirzutizmom<\/strong>, tj. pove\u010dano pora\u0161\u010denostjo, na primer na obrazu. S sindromom se \u017ee vrsto let ukvarjajo strokovnjaki, trenutno pa se lahko zdravijo le njegovi simptomi.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[9] [10] [11]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomi_PCOS\"><\/span><strong>Simptomi PCOS<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PCOS ima ve\u010d simptomov, ki lahko <strong>ka\u017eejo na njegovo prisotnost.<\/strong>&nbsp;Pojavijo se lahko med <strong>prvo menstruacijo v puberteti,<\/strong> vendar to ni pravilo. PCOS se lahko <strong>razvije<\/strong> tudi <strong>kasneje<\/strong>, na primer s pove\u010danjem <strong>telesne te\u017ee.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u017denske vseh starosti bi morale poznati simptome PCOS, da bi ga lahko diagnosticirali zgodaj. Sam izraz se nana\u0161a na <strong>pove\u010dano izlo\u010danje androgenov<\/strong> &#8211; mo\u0161kih spolnih hormonov. Ta simptom se ka\u017ee z <strong>vi\u0161jo stopnjo testosterona in androstenediona<\/strong> pri merjenju v laboratoriju. Klini\u010dni pregled razkrije<strong> akne, hirzutizem, ko\u017eno bolezen acanthosis nigricans<\/strong> in <strong>androgenetsko alopecijo<\/strong> (oblika izpadanja las). Eden od razlogov za \u0161irjenje PCOS je lahko <strong>genetska predispozicija.&nbsp;<\/strong>Drugi razlog pa je po mnenju znanstvenikov, <strong>vi\u0161ja raven androgenih hormonov<\/strong>, povezanih s <strong>prekomernim vnetjem.<\/strong>&nbsp;Zaradi tega imajo \u017eenske, ki trpijo za PCOS <strong>pove\u010dana vnetja<\/strong> v telesu. Zanimivo je dejstvo, da je bilo ugotovljeno, da imajo \u017eenske s PCOS nekak\u0161no <strong>vrsto vnetja na nizki ravni<\/strong> in prav to povzro\u010da <strong>nastajanje androgenov<\/strong> v policisti\u010dnih jaj\u010dnikih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zadnji pomemben dejavnik je <strong>inzulinska odpornost<\/strong>, saj ima kar <strong>70% \u017eensk<\/strong> s PCOS tak\u0161no odpornost. Odpornost celic je, da se pravilno odzovejo na inzulin v krvnem obtoku. <strong>Pankreas<\/strong> nato <strong>proizvede<\/strong> <strong>ve\u010d<\/strong> <strong>inzulina<\/strong>, kar ima za posledico ve\u010djo proizvodnjo mo\u0161kih hormonov. Odpornost na inzulin <strong>lahko izbolj\u0161ate<\/strong> s spremembo \u017eivljenjskega sloga.
