Forma u prahu u Kini je bila kori\u0161tena u <strong>samostanima<\/strong> (Chinese Chan monasteries) jer su ve\u0107 tada znali za njegova <strong>ljekovita svojstva.<\/strong> Osim toga \u0161to je Eisai uveo primjenu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/cajevi\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">\u010daja<\/a>&nbsp;u svoju vlastitu praksu, napisao je i <strong>knjigu <em>Kissa<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><em>Yo\u0304jo\u0304ki,<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>koju mo\u017eemo prevesti kao <strong>Is<em>pijanje \u010daja zbog zdravlja.<\/em><\/strong> Matcha danas u\u017eiva veliku popularnost, a zanimljivo je i to da dok u <strong>zapadnom svijetu raste<\/strong> <strong>popularnost&nbsp;<\/strong>matche&nbsp;<strong>u Japanu<\/strong> ona <strong>pada.<\/strong> Svakako je dobro da \u010daj koji u Kini i Japanu ima duga\u010dku tradiciju pronalazi svoje mjesto i u na\u0161oj kulturi.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010caj matcha proizvodi se od biljke&nbsp;<strong><em>Camellia sinensis<\/em>,<\/strong>&nbsp;za koju koristimo lokalni naziv <em><strong>Kineski \u010dajevac.<\/strong><\/em> Upravo tako, <strong>matcha i klasi\u010dni zeleni \u010daj<\/strong> proizlaze iz <strong>iste biljke,<\/strong> no&nbsp;<a title=\"matcha \u010daj\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-matcha-prah-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">matcha \u010daj<\/a>&nbsp;\u010daj se, ipak, razlikuje. Kultivacija \u010dajevca datira sve u doba <strong>drevne Kine<\/strong> gdje ju je prije skoro<strong> 5 000 godina<\/strong> otkrio vladar Shen Nung. utjecaj na aktivnost srca. <strong>Ne postoje znanstveni dokazi<\/strong> o utjecaju <strong>matche<\/strong> na sr\u010dana oboljenja, me\u0111utim, postoje studije koje nagla\u0161avaju<strong> smanjeni rizik od sr\u010danih oboljenja<\/strong> povezanih s<strong> ve\u0107im dozama zelenog \u010daja.<\/strong> Zeleni \u010daj, naime, smanjuje <strong>razine triglicerida <\/strong>i <strong>LDL kolesterola,<\/strong> tako\u0111er spre\u010dava <strong>oksidaciju LDL kolesterola<\/strong> \u0161to mo\u017ee \u0161tititi od sr\u010danih oboljenja. Zeleni \u010daj je, op\u0107enito, dostupan i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/sagorijevac-masti-green-tea-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">u obliku suplementa<\/a>.
