Nimeni nu este curios s\u0103 asculte muzic\u0103, care <strong>nu \u201ete atinge\u201d<\/strong> \u0219i nu \u00ee\u021bi capteaz\u0103 aten\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Muzica influen\u021beaz\u0103 mai multe aspecte ale organismului uman, de exemplu, <strong>sistemul cardiovascular<\/strong>,<strong> starea de spirit<\/strong> sau <strong>performan\u021bele sportive<\/strong>. Muzica din timpul antrenamentului poate evoca, de asemenea, <strong>asocieri pozitive<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>distrage<\/strong> de la sentimentele sau stimulii negativi.
