Pr\u00e1ve pre tieto faktory sa nejedn\u00e1 o zdrav\u00fa vo\u013ebu, ktor\u00e1 nesp\u013a\u0148a viacero krit\u00e9ri\u00ed zdravej stravy. Navy\u0161e by n\u00e1m tak\u00e9to ra\u0148ajkov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie mohli v bud\u00facnosti prinies\u0165 probl\u00e9my, sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 nadmern\u00fdm pr\u00edjmom cukru, ktor\u00fd obsahuj\u00fa vo vysokom mno\u017estve. Patria tu hlavne milovan\u00e9 <strong>\u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 guli\u010dky, \u0161koricov\u00e9 chrumky a podobne.<\/strong> \u010casto b\u00fdvaj\u00fa obohaten\u00e9 o ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo cukru navy\u0161e, ale v\u00fdnimkou nie s\u00fa ani pridan\u00e9 farbiv\u00e1.
