Paleo strava sa \u010dasto <strong>mylne rad\u00ed medzi di\u00e9ty<\/strong> a je ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 ako Paleo di\u00e9ta. Je to zrejme kv\u00f4li zl\u00e9mu prekladu n\u00e1zvu &#8220;Paleo diet&#8221; z angli\u010dtiny <em>(diet znamen\u00e1 strava, a nie di\u00e9ta).<\/em> Aj ke\u010f nejde o \u017eiadnu reduk\u010dn\u00fa di\u00e9tu, \u013eudia stravuj\u00faci sa prirodzene t\u00fdmto smerom, postupne <strong>str\u00e1caj\u00fa nadmern\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby<\/strong>.
