Okrem toho m\u00e1 paleo strava priazniv\u00fd vplyv aj na zdravie \u010dloveka.<\/p>\n<p>Ako ste si mohli v\u0161imn\u00fa\u0165 v predo\u0161lom \u010dl\u00e1nku dovolen\u00fdch a zak\u00e1zan\u00fdch potrav\u00edn, paleo strava sa rad\u00ed medzi <strong>stravovacie \u0161t\u00fdly s n\u00edzkym pomerom sacharidov<\/strong>.
