Ve\u010f vid\u00edme mnoho in\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa nimi riadia, tak na nich bude asi nie\u010do pravdy, v\u0161ak? Fitness v\u0161ak nemus\u00ed by\u0165 len \u010dierny a biely. Existuje <strong>viac sp\u00f4sobov ako z\u00edska\u0165 zru\u010dnosti a dosiahnu\u0165 zdrav\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky<\/strong> na cel\u00fd \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p>Sledovanie r\u00f4znych pravidiel, ktor\u00e9 sk\u013eu\u010duj\u00fa v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl, sp\u00f4sob\u00ed, \u017ee sa budete c\u00edti\u0165 zle a ur\u010dite aj frustrovan\u00fd. To nie je to, \u010do by sa malo naz\u00fdva\u0165<strong> zdrav\u00fd a kvalitn\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl<\/strong>.
