V jedn\u00e9 studii zjistili, \u017ee na dopln\u011bn\u00ed ztracen\u00e9ho svalov\u00e9ho glykogenu po vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm tr\u00e9ninku je <strong>Vitargo mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost ne\u017e maltodextrin<\/strong>. Vitargo <strong>dopl\u0148uje hladinu glykogenu ve svalech o 70% rychleji<\/strong> ne\u017e jak\u00fdkoli jin\u00fd sacharidov\u00fd sportovn\u00ed n\u00e1poj.&nbsp;<em><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee <strong>maltodextrin je polysacharid<\/strong>. Prvn\u00ed skupin\u011b n\u00e1sledn\u011b podaly 100g Vitarga. Druh\u00e1 skupina mu\u017e\u016f m\u011bla stejn\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninky i pravidla, ale nam\u00edsto Vitarga p\u0159ijali Maltodextrin, a t\u0159et\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvala um\u011ble slazenou vodu. V\u0161echny t\u0159i skupiny testovali svou v\u00fdkonnost na ergometru v 15 minutov\u00fdch cyklech s 2-hodinov\u00fdm odpo\u010dinkem. Dextr\u00f3za je jednoduch\u00fd cukr, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e je <strong>nejrychlej\u0161\u00edm zdrojem energie<\/strong> p\u0159ed, b\u011bhem nebo po tr\u00e9ninku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Co je funkc\u00ed inzul\u00ednu?
