n\u011bkter\u00e9 informace ze sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 knihy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebooks.com\/en-us\/book\/2013158\/always-hungry\/david-ludwig\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" Ta <strong>navrhuje \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed problematiky obezity<\/strong> &#8211; epidemie, kter\u00e1 dnes tr\u00e1p\u00ed velkou \u010d\u00e1st z\u00e1padn\u00edho sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco se mnoho jeho my\u0161lenek zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt racion\u00e1ln\u00edmi a opodstatn\u011bn\u00fdmi, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho z&nbsp;nich je <strong>v rozporu se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00edm<\/strong> ostatn\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f v oblasti v\u00fd\u017eivy, zdrav\u00ed a obezity. Jenkis a jeho kolegov\u00e9 v roce 1981 na Univerzit\u011b v Torontu. GI je \u010d\u00edslo vyjad\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed postaven\u00ed potraviny na stupnici od 0 do 100 v z\u00e1vislosti na tom, <strong>jak rychle se cukr<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd v t\u00e9to potravin\u011b <strong>vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 a jak rychle ovliv\u0148uje hladinu gluk\u00f3zy v krvi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co na to v\u011bda?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i tvrzen\u00ed: <em>,,potraviny s vysok\u00fdm glykemick\u00fdm indexem (GI) mohou za aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00edru obezity&#8221;,<\/em> se vyno\u0159uje hned n\u011bkolik problematick\u00fdch element\u016f.
