Tato drsn\u00e1 minulost ho <strong>motivovala b\u011bhem tr\u00e9nink\u016f v posilovn\u011b.<\/strong> Pozd\u011bji se s rodinou op\u011bt p\u0159esunuli do Lakewood v Californii, kde si jeho otec koupil sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed kostel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 jemn\u00e9 popsat discipl\u00ednu, pot\u0159ebnou v jeho v\u00fdchov\u011b jako p\u0159\u00edsnou a <em>,,v\u00fdprask&#8221;<\/em> nen\u00ed dost siln\u00fd v\u00fdraz, kter\u00fd by popsal <strong>fyzick\u00e9 t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00ed,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 on a jeho star\u0161\u00ed bratr museli sn\u00e1\u0161et. Extr\u00e9mn\u00ed discipl\u00edna a <strong>\u010dast\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> byl jejich zp\u016fsob \u017eivota. Bylo to v\u0161echno, co jako d\u011bti znali.<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em> [1]<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedno <strong>ponau\u010den\u00ed,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 si vzal ze sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy, bylo du\u0161evn\u00ed <strong>zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a vytrvalost,<\/strong> kter\u00e1 mu umo\u017enila vybudovat slavnou kari\u00e9ru v posilov\u00e1n\u00ed. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>[2]<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1977, po dovr\u0161en\u00ed 18 let, vstoupil do Arm\u00e1dy Spojen\u00fdch St\u00e1t\u016f a n\u00e1sledn\u011b byl um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd v N\u011bmecku. Zde se za\u010dal <strong>zaj\u00edmat o bojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong> Na karate za\u010dal chodit o dva roky pozd\u011bji a z\u00edskal druh\u00fd stupe\u0148 \u010dern\u00e9ho p\u00e1su. Od toho momentu bylo posilov\u00e1n\u00ed jeho v\u00e1\u0161n\u00ed, jeho \u017eivotem. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku se cht\u011bl st\u00e1t kulturistou. <em>,,Tou\u017eil jsem b\u00fdt ten nejvyr\u00fdsovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, natur\u00e1ln\u00ed zkurv*syn, co kdy \u017eil.&#8221;<\/em> Jak se jeho postava vyv\u00edjela, <strong>z\u00fa\u010dastnil se r\u016fzn\u00fdch kulturistick\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed.<\/strong> V polovin\u011b 90. let se jeho pozornost p\u0159esunula znovu, a to <strong>na powerlifting.<\/strong> <em>,,M\u00fdm c\u00edlem bylo b\u00fdt t\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm, nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, nejtvrd\u0161\u00edm, natur\u00e1ln\u00edm zkurv*synem, co kdy ob\u00fdval tuto planetu.&#8221;<\/em> Jeho dieta obsahovala <strong>p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b fast food,<\/strong> s\u00e1m prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee jedl co cht\u011bl, kdy cht\u011bl. <strong>Vyhr\u00e1l n\u011bkolik sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed v silov\u00e9m trojboji<\/strong> a zalo\u017eil si v\u00fdznamnou pov\u011bst na t\u00e9to sc\u00e9n\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1995 se o\u017eenil se \u017eenou, kter\u00e1 pracovala na stejn\u00e9 po\u0161t\u011b jako on. Spole\u010dn\u011b <strong>vychovali 7 d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/strong> Konzumace velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed fast foodu nakonec <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u011b<\/strong> <strong>ovlivnila jeho zdrav\u00ed.<\/strong> Zat\u00edm, co v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed p\u0159ipisuje steroidy ke sv\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm, CT v\u011b\u0159il, \u017ee to bylo v\u00fdsledkem <strong>7 a\u017e 8 j\u00eddel z McDonaldu denn\u011b<\/strong> po dobu del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 20 let. <em>[2]<\/em> L\u00e9ka\u0159i ho varovali, \u017ee pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm tohoto stravov\u00e1n\u00ed zhor\u0161\u00ed hypertenzi (vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak), kterou u\u017e m\u011bl vyvinutou. <em>,,V t\u00e9 dob\u011b jsem se o to nestaral a nevadilo mi to, pokud jsem silov\u011b rostl<\/em><em>.<\/em><em>&#8220;<\/em><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em> [1]<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>CT za\u010dal poci\u0165ovat <strong>probl\u00e9my se srdcem<\/strong> v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpravy na jeho posledn\u00ed silov\u00fd trojboj. <em>,,\u0158ekl jsem doktor\u016fm, o co se na sout\u011b\u017ei pokus\u00edm.<\/em> <em>Jejich odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u011bla: n\u00e1maha nutn\u00e1 k p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00e9 v\u00e1hy m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee se va\u0161e aort\u00e1ln\u00ed chlope\u0148 roztrhne a n\u00e1sledn\u011b um\u0159ete.&#8221; Nech\u00e1pav\u011b na m\u011b d\u00edvali a zeptali se, zda rozum\u00edm tomu, co se mi sna\u017e\u00ed vysv\u011btlit. ,,M\u016f\u017eete zem\u0159\u00edt!&#8221; A j\u00e1 na to: Ano, ale jako lep\u0161\u00ed zem\u0159\u00edt, ne\u017e, k*rva, neb\u00fdt na bench press lavi\u010dce na nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ei m\u00e9ho \u017eivota p\u0159i pokusu o nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zdvih v m\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b.&#8221; <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u011bl Fletcher 42 let, jeho l\u00e9ka\u0159 ho informoval, \u017ee jeho hypertenze je <strong>\u017eivotu ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/strong> Zhor\u0161ovalo se to, kv\u016fli pr\u00e1ci, kterou jeho t\u011blo denn\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011blo.
