institutem &#8211;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>5th Avenue&nbsp;Gym.<\/strong>&nbsp;Posilovna ve sklepn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch byla m\u00edstem, kde Kai potkal jedny z nejp\u016fsobiv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch natur\u00e1ln\u00edch kulturist\u016f.&nbsp;N\u011bkter\u00fdmi z nich byli nap\u0159\u00edklad<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Carmi Smith, Kenny Hall&nbsp;\u010di sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Pr\u00e1v\u011b jeho PRO status mu zajistil \u00fa\u010dast na mnoha sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e&nbsp;posunul svou
