Stejn\u011b jako ka\u017ed\u00fd, i j\u00e1 m\u00e1m \u0161patn\u00e9 dny, ale v\u00edm, \u017ee mohu inspirovat ostatn\u00ed &#8211; dokonce i jen jedna osoba n\u011bkde tam venku m\u011b dr\u017e\u00ed v chodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co chce\u0161, aby tv\u00ed followe\u0159i v\u011bd\u011bli o dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed dokonalosti?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedin\u00e9, co chci, aby lid\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bli je to, \u017ee neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 <em>,,dokonal\u00e9 t\u011blo&#8221;.<\/em> A ur\u010dit\u011b si to nemysl\u00edm ani o sv\u00e9m t\u011ble. Stejn\u011b jako ka\u017ed\u00e1 jin\u00e1 \u017eena, i j\u00e1 bych na sob\u011b dok\u00e1zala zm\u011bnit kopec v\u011bc\u00ed. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee v\u0161ichni bychom m\u011bli usilovat o to, abychom byli tou nejlep\u0161\u00ed verz\u00ed sami sebe, zevnit\u0159 i zvenku. Je velmi mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed na m\u00e9m t\u011ble, kter\u00e9 nemohu zm\u011bnit. Ale jsou i dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 mohu m\u00edt pod kontrolou, a proto se na n\u011b zam\u011b\u0159uji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co chce\u0161, aby si lid\u00e9 vzali z tv\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dtu na Instagramu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chci, aby v\u0161ichni v\u011bd\u011bli &#8211; zejm\u00e9na jin\u00e9 \u017eeny, \u017ee to nen\u00ed <strong>sout\u011b\u017e.<\/strong> Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee pro v\u0161echny z&nbsp;n\u00e1s je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 sebereflexe, ale tak\u00e9 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd je obda\u0159en jedine\u010dnou kr\u00e1sou. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee bychom se m\u011bli v\u0161ichni nau\u010dit \u017e\u00edt s t\u00edm, \u017ee jsme kdo jsme a prost\u011b se sna\u017eit b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00ed verz\u00ed sebe sam\u00e9ho. Krom\u011b toho si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 se nestarat o to, co si o n\u00e1s druz\u00ed mysl\u00ed nebo co o n\u00e1s \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed. Jste fantastick\u00fd. Postujte cokoliv co chcete a bu\u010fte odli\u0161n\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edst\u00edrat, \u017ee je n\u011bk\u00fdm jin\u00fdm, ale jen vy m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt opravdu v\u00e1mi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co t\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1 takovou sebev\u011bdomou?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebylo to v\u017edy takto, ale j\u00e1 jsem se nau\u010dila, \u017ee sebed\u016fv\u011bra m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt jen zevnit\u0159. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasto &#8211; zejm\u00e9na v t\u011bchto dnech, se soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi m\u00e9dii a kybernetickou \u0161ikanou &#8211; nech\u00e1me ostatn\u00ed a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u011bt diktovat n\u00e1m to, jak m\u00e1me vid\u011bt sami sebe. Sna\u017eila jsem se nau\u010dit zbavit se tohoto vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho hluku a zam\u011b\u0159it svou pozornost na sebe.
