Pokud v\u00e1m takov\u00e1 frekvence stravov\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>poskytne lep\u0161\u00ed pocit<\/strong>, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1, av\u0161ak sama o sob\u011b nezp\u016fsob\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu hmotnosti a nezabr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ucinky_frekvence_jedeni_na_rychlost_metabolismu\"><\/span>\u00da\u010dinky frekvence jeden\u00ed na rychlost metabolismu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeden z argument\u016f o udr\u017een\u00ed rychl\u00e9ho metabolismu na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010dast\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je to, \u017ee <strong>\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky zvy\u0161uj\u00ed rychlost metabolismu. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meta-anal\u00fdza zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na frekvenci stravov\u00e1n\u00ed konstatuje <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span>, \u017ee ,,studie, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed celkovou kalorimetrii a vodu, v n\u00ed\u017e byl \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nebo \u00fapln\u011b nahrazen kysl\u00edk a vod\u00edk izotopem (atomy kysl\u00edku a vod\u00edku se stejn\u00fdmi protonov\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edsly, ale rozd\u00edln\u00fdmi po\u010dty neuron\u016f) na odhad celkov\u00fdch<strong> v\u00fddaj\u016f energie za 24 hodin, nezjistili \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm mal\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed potravy a p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-628651498.jpg\" alt=\"Pot\u0159ebujete j\u00eds\u0165 \u0161estkr\u00e1t denn\u011b, abyste si udr\u017eeli rychl\u00fd metabolizmus?\" width=\"843\" title=\"Pot\u0159ebujete j\u00eds\u0165 \u0161estkr\u00e1t denn\u011b, abyste si udr\u017eeli rychl\u00fd metabolizmus?\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec, s v\u00fdjimkou jedn\u00e9 studie, neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fkaz o tom, \u017ee <strong>\u00fabytek v\u00e1hy nast\u00e1v\u00e1 v d\u016fsledku frekvence konzumace j\u00eddla.<\/strong> M\u016f\u017eeme tedy usoudit, \u017ee jak\u00e9koliv \u00fa\u010dinky stravovac\u00edho modelu na regulaci t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti budou pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b <strong>zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1ny \u00fa\u010dinky na stran\u011b p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy<\/strong> v rovnici energetick\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1hy. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[2] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cl\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd se zab\u00fdval hodnocen\u00edm 179 studi\u00ed (z nich\u017e 10 studi\u00ed bylo pova\u017eov\u00e1no za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro posouzen\u00ed interakce frekvence stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a ztr\u00e1ty hmotnosti), nezjistil mezi nimi \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 propojen\u00ed, i kdy\u017e si vy\u017eadoval dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed studii. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3] <\/span>Tyto v\u00fdsledky jsou tak\u00e9 nalezeny v ostatn\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch s recenzemi zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi na tuto problematiku. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3]<\/span> R\u016fzn\u00e9 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 <strong>p\u016fsob\u00ed na frekvenci konzumace j\u00eddla p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed statick\u00fdch kalori\u00ed,<\/strong> zjistili, \u017ee neexistuje <strong>\u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd rozd\u00edl v rychlosti metabolismu<\/strong> (24 hodinov\u00e9 v\u00fddaje energie) mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma skupinami <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4]<\/span>, a \u017ee nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd rozd\u00edl ve ztr\u00e1t\u011b hmotnosti na konci studie. P\u0159i v\u00fdrazn\u00e9m sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kalori\u00ed jemn\u011b kles\u00e1 rychlost metabolismu, ale <strong>celkov\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed je zp\u016fsobeno kaloriemi<\/strong>, ne frekvenc\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[5] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-845885938.jpg\" alt=\"J\u00edst \u0161estkr\u00e1t denn\u011b nebo rad\u0161i m\u00ed\u0148\" width=\"843\" title=\"J\u00edst \u0161estkr\u00e1t denn\u011b nebo rad\u0161i m\u00ed\u0148\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie v\u0161ak zjistila opak, a to, \u017ee ve <strong>srovn\u00e1n\u00ed 3 j\u00eddel oproti 14 j\u00eddl\u016fm za obdob\u00ed 36 hodin<\/strong> v metabolick\u00e9 komo\u0159e zdrav\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f nedo\u0161lo k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm rozd\u00edl\u016fm v celkov\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u00edch energie a pouze m\u00edrn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fddaj\u016f na odpo\u010dinek v ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed skupin\u011b frekvenc\u00ed. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[6] <\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zvyseni_frekvence_stravovani_a_narust_svalstva\"><\/span>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed frekvence stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1r\u016fst svalstva<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen m\u00e1lo studi\u00ed se zab\u00fdvalo <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm frekvence stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1r\u016fstem t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti<\/strong>, ale omezen\u00e9 z\u00edskan\u00e9 d\u016fkazy (v t\u00e9to a d\u00e1le epidemiologick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti) nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti je zp\u016fsobeno <strong>sp\u00ed\u0161e p\u0159\u00edjmem kalori\u00ed ne\u017e frekvenc\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[7] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-648982856.jpg\" alt=\"Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed frekvence stravovan\u00ed a n\u00e1rust svalstva\" width=\"843\" title=\"Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed frekvence stravovan\u00ed a n\u00e1rust svalstva\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kratka_hladovka\"><\/span>Kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 hladovka<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po 36 hodin\u00e1ch hladovky se rychlost metabolismu zv\u00fd\u0161ila a <strong>nezm\u011bnilo se to ani po 72 hodinov\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/strong> Adrenalin se zv\u00fd\u0161il za 72 hodin (ale ne za 36) a po 48 hodinov\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed se zd\u00e1lo, \u017ee adrenalin produkoval v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det tepla (termogeneze). <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[8]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Umyslna_hladovka\"><\/span>\u00damysln\u00e1 hladovka<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed netrp\u00ed obezitou, <strong>,,alternativn\u00ed den hladovky\u201c<\/strong> (nap\u0159. hladovka obden), se <strong>neprok\u00e1zalo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rychlosti metabolismu po 22 dnech<\/strong> (p\u0159i instrukc\u00edch j\u00edst dvakr\u00e1t v\u00edce ve dny, kdy nedr\u017eeli hladovku a t\u00edm tyto dny hladovky kompenzovat). <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[9]<\/span> Studie proveden\u00e9 b\u011bhem sv\u00e1tku Ramad\u00e1n tak\u00e9 zaznamenaly <strong>zjevn\u00fd nedostatek rozd\u00edl\u016f v celkov\u00fdch parametrech metabolismu<\/strong> mezi t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed hladovku dr\u017eeli a t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed ji nedr\u017eeli. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[10]<\/span> A\u010dkoliv n\u011bkter\u00e9 studie (v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich u nezdrav\u00fdch osob) <strong>uk\u00e1zaly pouze limitovan\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed benefity s takzvan\u00fdm Ramad\u00e1nsk\u00fdm p\u016fstem<\/strong>&#8211; pokud je p\u0159\u00edjem j\u00eddla relativn\u011b pravideln\u011b udr\u017eovan\u00fd, zd\u00e1 se b\u00fdt prom\u011bnliv\u00fd. Nav\u00edc <strong>frekvence stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je jednozna\u010dn\u011b propojena s celkov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem kalori\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\"
