Takov\u00fdm my\u0161lenk\u00e1m byste se m\u011bli vyhnout a<strong> v\u011bnovat se tomu, \u010deho opravdu chcete dos\u00e1hnout. <\/strong>Nezapom\u00ednejte, \u017ee i ti <strong>nejslavn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kulturist\u00e9 byli jednou za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky.<\/strong> Abychom v\u00e1m to o n\u011bco v\u00edce usnadnili, p\u0159ipravili jsme pro v\u00e1s p\u00e1r pravidel, kter\u00e9 byste m\u011bli v posilovn\u011b dodr\u017eovat. <strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu je dodr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bchto jeden\u00e1cti pravidel<\/strong>, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm se vyhnete nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9mu pocitu v posilovn\u011b. Pro\u010d byste se tomuto ,,zlozvyku\u201c m\u011bli vyhnout? V posilovn\u011b byste po\u0159\u00e1d m\u011bli p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee <strong>n\u011bkdo chce vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edstroj, kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te pr\u00e1v\u011b vy<\/strong>. M\u011bjte respekt v\u016f\u010di ostatn\u00edm lidem v posilovn\u011b a <strong>vyu\u017e\u00edvejte jen za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed,<\/strong> kter\u00e1 <strong>jsou ur\u010dena na cvik, kter\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b cvi\u010d\u00edte<\/strong>.
