pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b o p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se u sportovc\u016f vyskytuje&nbsp;<strong>v rozsahu od 5 do&nbsp;60%.<\/strong>&nbsp;Syndrom p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed je oproti p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>vz\u00e1cn\u00fd<\/strong>&nbsp;a doprov\u00e1z\u00ed ho komplex p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, kter\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch hormon\u00e1ln\u00edch, imunologick\u00fdch,&nbsp;neurologick\u00fdch a psychologick\u00fdch poruch. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2] [3] [4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" sv\u016fj&nbsp;v\u00fdkon.<\/strong>&nbsp;Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu dosahuj\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee&nbsp;<strong>stup\u0148uj\u00ed intenzitu a objem&nbsp;tr\u00e9ninku.<\/strong>&nbsp;Takov\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e se v\u0161ak d\u00e1 zvl\u00e1dat pouze tehdy, pokud m\u00e1 sportovec \u010das na&nbsp;<strong>periodizaci&nbsp;tr\u00e9ninku,<\/strong>&nbsp;a tud\u00ed\u017e m\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9m pl\u00e1nu dostate\u010dn\u00fd&nbsp;<strong>prostor na odpo\u010dinek<\/strong>&nbsp;a regeneraci.&nbsp;Za vznikem p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed je toti\u017e nej\u010dast\u011bji&nbsp;<strong>nedostatek relaxu<\/strong>&nbsp;ne\u017e odpo\u010dinku.&nbsp;To m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledky poruchy v\u00edce syst\u00e9m\u016f t\u011bla, jako neurologick\u00fdch, endokrinologick\u00fdch a imunologick\u00fdch funkc\u00ed, v kombinaci se zm\u011bnami n\u00e1lady.&nbsp;V n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumech se p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed popisuje jako&nbsp;<strong>nevysv\u011btliteln\u00fd syndrom p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;Pou\u017eit\u00edm slova&nbsp;<strong>,,syndrom\u201c<\/strong>&nbsp;v\u0161ak odborn\u00edci zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed multifaktori\u00e1ln\u00ed etiologii tohoto probl\u00e9mu, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nadm\u011brn\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>nen\u00ed jedin\u00fdm faktorem<\/strong>&nbsp;p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zd\u00e1nliv\u00e1 nejasnost syndromu definici p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>nejednotnost dosud realizovan\u00fdch&nbsp;studi\u00ed.<\/strong>&nbsp;Jeden v\u00fdzkum toti\u017e uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee a\u017e&nbsp;<strong>60% b\u011b\u017ec\u016f<\/strong>&nbsp;na dlouhou tra\u0165 b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 kari\u00e9ry vykazuje znaky p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;Na rozd\u00edl od toho, <strong>studie na plavc\u00edch uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u00fadaje od 3 &#8211;&nbsp;30%.<\/strong>&nbsp;Auto\u0159i jednoho pr\u016fzkumu studi\u00ed se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee pokud by p\u0159i v\u00fdzkumech pou\u017e\u00edvali v\u00fd\u0161e uvedenou definici p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed, pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu syndromu p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed by bylo&nbsp;<strong>mnohem&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong>&nbsp;To je d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d jsou dal\u0161\u00ed studie v oblasti p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed velmi pot\u0159ebn\u00e9. <span jeho&nbsp;<strong>v\u00fdkon m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it.<\/strong>&nbsp;D\u011bje se tak v d\u016fsledku superkompenzace, kdy sportovec&nbsp;<strong>vykazuje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed
