Biljke ne proizvode kolagen, ali pridonose njegovoj tvorbi u tijelu. <strong>Vegetarijanci i vegani<\/strong> zato mogu posegnuti za vo\u0107em i povr\u0107em kao \u0161to su <strong>borovnice, tre\u0161nje, maline, orasi, kupus, soja ili avokado.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> [6] [7]<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kolagen je, u prehrambenoj industriji, poznat tako\u0111er kao \u017eelatina ili hladetina koja se proizvodi od otpadnih materijala (odresci ko\u017ee, hrskavice, kosti, o\u010dne jabu\u010dice). One su smrvljene i homogenizirane pa pretvorene u pastu iz koje se odstranjuju masti i komponente bez kolagena. Prodaje se tako\u0111er samostalno u obliku tableta, napitka ili <a title=\"Kolagen pakiran u obliku praha\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/hidrolizirani-kolagen-runcollg-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kolagena u prahu.<\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Po_cemu_se_kolagen_razlikuje_od_ostalih_bjelancevina\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Po \u010demu se kolagen razlikuje od ostalih bjelan\u010devina?<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Njegov sastav tvori <strong>razli\u010dit spektar aminokiselina<\/strong> u usporedbi s bjelan\u010devinom iz govedine, mlijeka ili sirutke. Karakteristi\u010dan je zbog <strong>visokog sadr\u017eaja aminokiselina glicina<\/strong> do 25%, <strong>hidroprolina i hidroksilizina<\/strong> koje se nalaze samo u kolagenu. Na prvom mjestu je komponenta koja se u proizvodu pojavljuje u najve\u0107em broju. Suprotno tome, na posljednjem mjestu mo\u017eete na\u0107i element kojeg je najmanje u postocima.<\/li>\n<li>U drugom koraku se usredoto\u010dite na <strong>spektar aminokiselina.<\/strong> Ako na etiketi nije naveden, radije izaberite drugi proizvod. <strong>Obratite pa\u017enju na brojnost glicina<\/strong> kojeg kolagen sadr\u017ei 17 do 25% pri \u010demu bjelan\u010devina gove\u0111eg mesa samo do 7%, a bjelan\u010devina iz sirutke 2%. Ubla\u017eava bolove u zglobovima<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Smanjena koli\u010dina kolagena u tijelu ide ruku pod ruku sa <strong>slabljenjem hrskavice i boli zglobova.<\/strong> Pove\u0107ava se, tako\u0111er, rizik od osteoartritisa pa i poreme\u0107aji zglobnog aparata. Studije su dokazale da <strong>unos kolagena pobolj\u0161ava ove simptome<\/strong> i ubla\u017eava bol. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[12]<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">73 sporta\u0161a su konzumirala 10 grama kolagena dnevno. Poslije 24 tjedna zabilje\u017eili su izrazito sni\u017eenje boli zglobova u usporedbi sa skupinom koja je uzimala placebo. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[12]<\/span> <strong>Preporu\u010dena doza kolagena<\/strong> za pobolj\u0161anje zglobnog aparata i ubla\u017eavanje boli je <strong>8 do 12 grama dnevno.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Kolagen ubla\u017eava bol u zglobovima\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-865844418.jpg\" alt=\"Kolagen ubla\u017eava bol u zglobovima\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">2. Usporava starenje i vra\u0107a ko\u017ei lica elasti\u010dnost<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Jedan od najtra\u017eenijih benefita kolagena je upravo njegova sposobnost <strong>odr\u017eavanja sjaja ko\u017ee lica, hidratiziranosti i mladolikosti.<\/strong> Studija iz 2014. godine je testirala u\u010dinke kolagena na ko\u017eu lica kod \u017eena od 35-55 godina. Jedna skupina je unosila kolagen, a druga placebo. Poslije 4 tjedna testiranja se <strong>dokazivo povisila elasti\u010dnost<\/strong> ko\u017ee kod \u017eena koje su koristile kolagen. Poslije 8 tjedana <strong>do\u0161lo je do izrazitog ubla\u017eavanja bora.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[8]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Kolagen vra\u0107a elasti\u010dnost ko\u017ee\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-954545548.jpg\" alt=\"Kolagen vra\u0107a elasti\u010dnost ko\u017ee\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">3. Poma\u017ee u izgradnji mi\u0161i\u0107a i sagorjevanju masti<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Nije iznena\u0111enje da kolagen kao vode\u0107a komponenta mi\u0161i\u0107nog tkiva <strong>ima utjecaj na gra\u0111enje mi\u0161i\u010dnog aparata.<\/strong> Tako\u0111er, ve\u0107 spomenuta aminokiselina glicin, koja se u visokoj koli\u010dini nalazi upravo u kolagenu, prisutna je kod sinteze za nastanak kreatina.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Samo malo istra\u017eivanja potvr\u0111uje u\u010dinak kolagena na tvorbu mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase. Pogledajmo, ipak, studiju iz 2015. godine kad su kod 53 starija mu\u0161karca koja boluju od sarkopenije (bolest koja uzrokuje gubitak mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase) testirali u\u010dinke kolagena u kombinaciji s treningom.
