v kombinaci s t\u0159\u00ed nebo \u010dty\u0159m\u00edstn\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslem.&nbsp;<\/strong>Jde o ozna\u010den\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>p\u0159\u00edsad, respektive aditiv,&nbsp;<\/strong>kter\u00e9 se do potravin p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem&nbsp;<strong>prodlou\u017een\u00ed trvanlivosti, zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00ed barvy a chuti produktu.&nbsp;<\/strong>Tato aditiva se b\u011b\u017en\u011b naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>,,\u00e9\u010dka&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span> Mnoho nutri\u010dn\u00edch ,,odborn\u00edk\u016f&#8221; tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp;<strong>p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky s ozna\u010den\u00edm ,,E&#8221; v potravin\u00e1ch jsou \u0161kodliv\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/strong>Je to ale opravdu tak?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echny potraviny na trhu&nbsp;<strong>mus\u00ed proj\u00edt p\u0159\u00edsnou kontrolou EFSA (Evropsk\u00fd dohled nad bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed potravin),&nbsp;<\/strong>proto je nemo\u017en\u00e9, aby se na trhu objevily zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 produkty.&nbsp;EFSA kontroluje pom\u011br chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v potravin\u00e1ch, kter\u00fd nesm\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit&nbsp;<strong>povolenou normu ADI,&nbsp;<\/strong>co\u017e je&nbsp;<strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka.&nbsp;<\/strong>Ta hovo\u0159\u00ed o tom, kolik jak\u00e9 l\u00e1tky m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ijmout, ani\u017e by to pro n\u00e1s p\u0159edstavovalo zdravotn\u00ed riziko. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle&nbsp;<strong>Evropsk\u00e9 legislativy <\/strong>se&nbsp;mohou p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky v produktech pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze tehdy, pokud&nbsp;<strong>spl\u0148uj\u00ed povolen\u00ed,&nbsp;<\/strong>kter\u00e1 jsou zalo\u017eena na t\u0159ech krit\u00e9ri\u00edch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka&nbsp;<strong>nep\u0159edstavuje bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed riziko pro zdrav\u00ed spot\u0159ebitele&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>pou\u017eit\u00ed takov\u00e9 l\u00e1tky je technologicky&nbsp;nutn\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>spot\u0159ebitel nen\u00ed&nbsp;<\/strong>pou\u017eit\u00edm potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky&nbsp;<strong>zav\u00e1d\u011bn<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [23]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jake_typy_pridavnych_latek_ecek%E2%80%9D_zname\"><\/span><strong>Jak\u00e9 typy p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek ,,\u00e9\u010dek&#8221; p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky z p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f, vyr\u00e1b\u011bny&nbsp;bez chemick\u00e9ho procesu<\/li><li><strong>Syntetick\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; nevyskytuj\u00ed se v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny v laborato\u0159\u00edch<\/li><li><strong>P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed identick\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; vyrobeny um\u011ble, ale slo\u017een\u00edm jsou stejn\u00e9 jako p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed aditiva<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky se rozd\u011bluj\u00ed do jednotliv\u00fdch kategori\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b jejich funkc\u00ed, a to n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>E100 &#8211; E199 (barevn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady)<\/li><li>E200 &#8211; E299 (konzerva\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e1tky)&nbsp;<\/li><li>E300 &#8211; E399 (antioxidanty, regul\u00e1tory kyselosti)<\/li><li>E400 &#8211; E499 (zahu\u0161\u0165ovadla, stabiliz\u00e1tory, emulg\u00e1tory)<\/li><li>E500 &#8211; E599 (regul\u00e1tory kyselosti)<\/li><li>E600 &#8211; E699 (zv\u00fdraz\u0148ova\u010de chuti)<\/li><li>E900 &#8211; E999 (n\u00e1hradn\u00ed sladidla)<\/li><li>E1000 &#8211; E1599 (dal\u0161\u00ed aditiva) <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky E100 &#8211; E199 (barevn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aditiva s \u010d\u00edslem&nbsp;<strong>od 100 do 199 ozna\u010duj\u00ed barevn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady.&nbsp;<\/strong>M\u016f\u017ee to zn\u00edt hroziv\u011b, \u017ee se do j\u00eddla p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e1 barviva, aby pro n\u00e1s vypadal produkt atraktivn\u011bji, ale tato skupina potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch aditiv obsahuje&nbsp;<strong>p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed barviva.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4] [22]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E100 ozna\u010duje barvivo curcumin, <\/strong>kter\u00e9 je vyr\u00e1b\u011bno z ko\u0159ene kurkumy a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b margar\u00ednu, s\u00fdr\u016f a ryb\u00edch prst\u016f. <strong>E101 ozna\u010duje riboflavin, naz\u00fdvan\u00fd tak\u00e9 <a title=\"Vitam\u00edn B-Complex 120 tab - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/vitamin-b-complex-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vitam\u00edn B2<\/a>, <\/strong>kter\u00fd se b\u011b\u017en\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve vejc\u00edch \u010di zelen\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/tag\/zelenina-cs\/\" class=\"ek-link\">zelenin\u011b<\/a>.
