amoniov\u00e1 slou\u010denina, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 svou&nbsp;<strong>funkci v metabolismu savc\u016f, rostlin a bakteri\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/strong>V na\u0161em t\u011ble se&nbsp;<strong>karnitin nach\u00e1z\u00ed v ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ce&nbsp;<\/strong>a jeho hlavn\u00edm \u00fakolem je&nbsp;<strong>p\u0159enos mastn\u00fdch kyselin do mitochondri\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/strong>Krom\u011b toho&nbsp;<strong>odstra\u0148uje zbytkov\u00e9 a \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky&nbsp;<\/strong>z mitochondri\u00ed, jejich\u017e kl\u00ed\u010dovou funkc\u00ed je&nbsp;<strong>produkce energie&nbsp;<\/strong>pro fungov\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011bk.&nbsp;Organismus si vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>karnitin ze dvou aminokyselin &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>lysin a methionin.&nbsp;V roce 1905 se dv\u011bma rusk\u00fdm v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016fm poda\u0159ilo&nbsp;<strong>poprv\u00e9 izolovat karnitin z masa.&nbsp;<\/strong>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho&nbsp;<strong>vznikl jeho n\u00e1zev,&nbsp;<\/strong>kter\u00fd je odvozen z latinsk\u00e9ho slova <strong>carnus, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 maso.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [3] [4]
