vy si nedok\u00e1\u017eete p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee byste je ze dne na den p\u0159estali konzumovat?&nbsp;Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed to nemus\u00edte d\u011blat.&nbsp;Vaj\u00ed\u010dka toti\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed k&nbsp;<strong>nejdostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zdroj\u016fm \u017eivin&nbsp;<\/strong>a existuje \u0161irok\u00e1 \u0161k\u00e1la zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak je p\u0159ipravit.&nbsp;Spornou ot\u00e1zkou p\u0159i konzumaci vajec je v\u0161ak jejich&nbsp;<strong>obsah cholesterolu.&nbsp;<\/strong>Proto jsme se rozhodli napsat \u010dl\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee zorientovat se v t\u00e9to problematice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default k\u0159ehkou sko\u0159\u00e1pkou najdete jejich dv\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti &#8211;&nbsp;<strong>\u017eloutek a b\u00edlek.&nbsp;\u017dloutek&nbsp;<\/strong>je \u017eluto-oran\u017eov\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>vakovit\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st vejce,&nbsp;<\/strong>jej\u00edm\u017e hlavn\u00edm \u00fakolem je vy\u017eivovat plod.&nbsp;<strong>B\u00edlek&nbsp;<\/strong>je tekut\u00fd&nbsp;<strong>bezbarv\u00fd obal \u017eloutku,&nbsp;<\/strong>kter\u00fd tvo\u0159\u00ed jeho ochrannou vrstvu.&nbsp;N\u011bkter\u00e9 \u017eiviny se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v obou slo\u017ek\u00e1ch, jin\u00e9 najdete pouze ve \u017eloutku, nebo pouze v b\u00edlku. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span> Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed
