Instructions:
First, we prepare the dessert base. Protein wafers are placed in a blender and blended into a very fine crumb. Then, in a bowl, thoroughly knead them by hand with softened butter at room temperature until a uniform, slightly sticky mixture forms. Take a smaller baking tray or dish measuring approximately 20×20 cm, line it with baking paper, and use a spoon or your fingers to press the wafer mixture evenly into the bottom. Place the prepared crust in the fridge to firm up for half an hour.
In the meantime, we will start preparing the cream. In a smaller saucepan, whisk together the banana pudding powder with banana milkshake, semi-skimmed milk and cane sugar very thoroughly, ensuring that no lumps remain in the liquid. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Once the pudding has a firm consistency, remove it from the heat and immediately stir in smooth quark and room-temperature cream cheese while the base is still hot. Whisk the entire mixture by hand or with a mixer until completely smooth.
Now we will combine both parts. Carefully pour the still-warm, smooth cream over the firm wafer base in the baking dish and use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.

Place the entire dessert in the fridge and let it rest for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight.
Before serving, use a sharp knife to cut the banana slices into neat cubes. In a separate bowl, mix 50 g of quark with 50 g of cream cheese and use a piping bag to create a decorative peak on each cube. Finally, place a slice of fresh banana on top of the cream and sprinkle everything with shavings of dark chocolate.
