Fitness recipe: Crispy tofu steaks

Who said quality steak is only for meat lovers? We have prepared a recipe for a delicious fake tofu steak for you, which you can all enjoy. Let´s prepare it together and treat yourself to a nutritious but low-calorie meal.

For preparation we need:

  • 2 packs of tofu natural (320g)
  • 30 g of soy sauce
  • 20 g of honey

  • 10 g of olive oil

  • 10 g of Worcester sauce
  • ground black pepper according to your taste
  • olive oil in spray

  • fresh herbs for decoration
Ingredients for crispy tofu steaks

Process:

Cut the tofu in half lengthwiseand press itthoroughlywith paper towels anddryit. We prepare themarinadebymixing soy sauce,honey, oliveoil, Worcestershire sauce and ground black pepper. Pour the marinade overthe tofu and let it marinatein the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.Thenspray the contact grillor non-stick pan withoil in sprayandfry the tofu from both sidesuntil golden.After baking,lightly sprinkle it with the remaining marinade,sprinkle withfresh herbsand serve,for example with vegetable salad and rice.Bon appetite!
