Who said quality steak is only for meat lovers? We have prepared a recipe for a delicious fake tofu steak for you, which you can all enjoy. Let´s prepare it together and treat yourself to a nutritious but low-calorie meal.

For preparation we need:

  • 2 packs of tofu natural (320g)
  • 30g of soy sauce
  • 20 g of honey
  • 10 g of olive oil
  • 10g of Worcester sauce
  • ground black pepper according to your taste
  • olive oil in spray
  • fresh herbs for decoration

Process:

Cut the tofu in half lengthwise and press it thoroughly with paper towels and dry it. We prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, honey, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and ground black pepper. Pour the marinade over the tofu and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Then spray the contact grill or non-stick pan with oil in spray and fry the tofu from both sides until golden. After baking, lightly sprinkle it with the remaining marinade, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve, for example with vegetable salad and rice. Bon appetite!
