The name of the tea also translates to "white peony" and it contains the bud and the top leaves of the plant. A long time ago in China, Pai Mu Tan was resolved to elite only, explaining the fact that it is referred to as the "tea of the emperors". Pai Mu Tan*, caffeine.

Instructions

Pour 250 ml of boiling water (80 °C) over 1 tea bag (1 g). Let steep for 2–3 minutes.
