Lupine is sprouted, thanks to which nutrients are better absorbed by the body. In 100 g you will find 36 g of protein that the body needs to grow and maintain muscle mass, but also healthy bones. In addition, sweet lupine is interesting for its amino acid profile and content of up to 18 amino acids.
