Instructions

1. Empty the contents of the package into a bowl, add 125 ml of water, and stir steadily (use a fork) until the dough absorbs all the water.

2. Boil 1,5 litres of water in a pot. Add a pinch of salt and 3 - 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cut the prepared dough into pieces (about walnut size) and flatten each piece with your fingers.

3. Throw the pieces into boiling water and cook with the lid on low heat for about 30 minutes.
