BIO Earl Grey - flavoured black tea with caffeine and BIO Bergamot essential oil

Recommended use

Add 1 teaspoon per cup (200 ml), pour boiling water over it and let stand for 2 min for refreshing effect or 5-6 min for calming effect. Take 1-2 cups a day (1 cup = 200 ml).
