Thanks to its gentle processing, it retains its natural nutrient content and particularly rich taste. It is made by natural fermentation of apple juice, which is then mixed with sweet apple syrup, thus achieving a slightly sweet taste. Plus, the fermentation process enriches the vinegar with beneficial microorganisms.
BIO Balsamic Vinegar traditionally matures in small oak barrels, thanks to which it acquires its typical taste. It perfectly flavours any vegetable salad and gives it a fresh sweet and sour taste. Plus, it does not contain any added ingredients or artificial sweeteners.
