Beta Alanine is amino acid which serves for support of muscle strength and endurance growth. Using of Beta-alanine takes the muscle tiredness away so training can be longer and more intensive. Using of beta-alanine is recommended mostly for sportsmen in the time of muscle mass building. It also improves regeneration after training of sportsmen and lowers the muscle pain perception after exercising. 

 

It is naturally occurring beta-amino acid and at the same time, it is the part of dipeptide carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine) which biosynthesis is dependent upon the availability of beta-alanine as substratum. Beta-alanine is the part of other biological active substances such as pantothenic acid and peptides. Contains 1000 mg of beta-alanine in one capsule.
