Ingredients

Original flavour: Beef (188 g of beef was used to make 100 g of beef biltong), apple cider vinegar, fructose, dried glucose syrup, acidity regulators (sodium acetate, citric acid), salt, hydrolysed corn protein, yeast extract, sugar, spices, herbs, preservative (potassium sorbate), paprika - extract.

Chilli flavour: Beef (200 g of beef was used to make 100 g of beef biltong), spirit vinegar, sea salt, hydrolysed soy protein, sugar, pepper, yeast extract, garlic, rice flour, paprika extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.
