BCAA Xtra Instant 500 g is a flavoured blend of selected essential amino acids in powder form. It has a fresh fruity taste and good solubility. It contains the essential amino acids BCAA, namely L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine in a ratio of 2:1:1. Their intake is important for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, but also for bone health. BCAA Xtra Instant 500 g is also enriched with 3.5 g of glutamine.

Recommended use

Mix 1 scoop of powder (10 g) in 250 ml of water and take before and after exercise.
