BCAA Stack is a source of 2:1:1 branched chain essential amino acids (BCAA) enriched with glutamine. Intake of essential amino acids is important because the body cannot make them on its own. They are present in protein synthesis and are the building blocks of proteins and muscles. BCAA Stack is also enriched with glutamine, which is partly an essential amino acid. It is also the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. One serving consists of 2.75 g of glutamine used to replenish its level in the human body.

Recommended use
Take 1 serving (1 scoop = 10 g) with 200-300 ml of the drink of your choice. For optimal results, take 2 servings a day, one serving immediately after exercise.
