BCAA 6K 4:1:1 is a blend containing three essential amino acids, namely l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine in a ratio of 4:1:1. Our organism is not capable of producing them, and therefore it needs to replenish them regularly. Amino acids play an important role in our body in general because they are involved in the synthesis of proteins which contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and maintenance of healthy bones.
