Recommended Use
Mix one or more servings with 300 ml of cold water. To higher your amino acids level, take one or more servings in the morning and between meals. As pre-workout priming, take 1-3 servings 20-30 minutes before workout. As recovery support, take 1-2 servings after your workout.
