The body is not able to create it by itself and therefore it is necessary to supplement them with diet or nutritional supplements. Regular intake of BCAA to your body can help you to fight fatigue after hard workout. With one dose you take up to 7 g BCAA that support protein synthesis or muscle mass growth and regeneration. Composition is enriched with Astragin®, which is a natural substance derived from plant Astragalus Panax, or sodium. Amino acids BCAA are well soluble in the water and do not contain any added sugar.
