Glucose syrup, milk protein, 16% milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aroma), fructose syrup, collagen hydrolyzate, palm oil, dextrose, 1,6% cocoa powder with low fat content, aroma, dried egg white.

Dosing

As a snack, before or after training. Tip: to increase of protein content of carbohydrate meals, use bar as a snack.
