Creatine Monohydrate 100% Creapure® –
original German creatine with 99.9% purity
Creatine Monohydrate 100% Creapure® stands on
two German pillars. The first is the raw material
Creapure® from the manufacturer
AlzChem Trostberg. It is the only German creatine
manufacturer in the world with laboratory-verified purity of
99.9%.
The second is
our own certified factory in Germany, where we pack
this raw material into the final product. Our own production near
Düsseldorf, Germany, holds the highest levels of certification such as
IFS, BIO, GMP and HACCP. AlzChem oversees production so that the
ingredient cannot be substituted or diluted. No intermediate step, no
contract packers in third countries. Both the raw material and the
packaging are German, both under our 100% control.
And it's not just about origin. Every batch of Creapure® raw material undergoes HPLC analysis directly at the manufacturer, is certified to FSSC 22000 and listed on the Cologne List®, which means it regularly undergoes independent testing for banned doping substances.

What happens to you if you take
Creatine Monohydrate 100% Creapure® for 4 weeks
Creatine is a substance the body naturally produces and stores in the muscles as phosphocreatine. It is an immediate source of energy for the first 10–15 seconds of every intense set. Through supplementation you increase its muscle stores by 20–40%.¹
Week 1-2:
Your muscles begin to bind water intracellularly (not under the skin). You look fuller and may gain 1–2 kg on the scale. That's completely fine.
Week 2-3:
You handle the last set more easily. On squats, deadlifts or the bench you manage 1–2 extra reps, or add more weight to the bar. ⁵
Week 4+:
Full muscle saturation. Faster recovery between sets and workouts.
Creatine has more than 680 peer-reviewed clinical studies behind it – making it one of the most researched dietary supplements of all. The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) calls creatine monohydrate the most effective ergogenic supplement available to athletes today¹.
Moreover, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has officially approved a health claim for creatine, which is rather a rarity for dietary supplements. Specifically, it confirmed that a daily intake of 3 g of creatine increases physical performance during repeated short-term bouts of intense exercise.²
Who creatine is suitable for
- Strength athletes, who want 1-2 extra reps in a set.
- CrossFitters, sprinters, MMA fighters and HYROX competitors – for higher performance in repeated short intense intervals.
- Women, who want a stronger body, firmer glutes and better performance - don't worry, creatine is not a hormone and there is no risk of becoming masculine.
- Vegans and vegetarians – because you get virtually no creatine from a plant-based diet, so you'll benefit the most from it.
- Users of GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro) - it helps you minimize muscle loss in a caloric deficit.
- People 50+ – creatine slows age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia) and supports cognitive function. ¹
How our Creapure® from GymBeam
differs from other sellers
Creapure® is offered today by several brands. Most of them, however, merely order the raw material from Germany and have it packed, as a rule, by small companies that may not follow high hygiene standards and are not sufficiently controlled by either the authorities or AlzChem as to whether they really pack the raw material this way and don't swap it for something else or dilute it. There is a risk of cross-contamination and misuse of the labeling.
At GymBeam we do six things differently:
-
1.
We have worked with AlzChem since 2018 – These are not one-off commodity purchases, but a long-term, proven and stable business relationship.
-
2.
We have our own assigned QS code 18GM09. You can verify our transparency in a few seconds directly on the official website creapure.com under the "German Suppliers" filter.
-
3.
We pack the raw material in our own factory directly in Germany - the final product complies with the HACCP standard and earns 3 independent prestigious certifications: IFS, GMP, ISO.
-
4.
We regularly test the final Creatine Monohydrate 100% Creapure® and publish the results of independent laboratory tests directly on the product page.
-
5.
Since we distribute the product directly to dozens of countries, we are subject to registration and strict control by European regulatory authorities. As one of the leading global sellers, we meet the most demanding legislative requirements in heavily regulated countries such as Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and France.
-
6.
Within the company we have dozens of experts in food safety, chemistry and ingredients, who have the appropriate education and have worked in the food industry for years. This is incomparable to small local brands that often have it produced in facilities without certification or regulation. They don't register the products themselves and don't have a team of experts in the field with adequate education and experience. Due to their ignorance, they can't even identify all the ways in which they fail to meet basic quality standards.
99.9% purity is not marketing, but real data
With ordinary creatine, part of the dose consists of manufacturing by-products. These are creatinine, dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine (DHT). DHT in particular is potentially dangerous in larger amounts, which is why the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has imposed strict limits for impurities in creatine.
These are:
- DCD (dicyandiamide): max 50 mg/kg
- DHT (dihydrotriazine): max 3 mg/kg
AlzChem compared 9 batches of Creapure® against 20 generic creatines from around the world, and its results confirmed that generic creatines have an average DCD content of 110 mg/kg, which is more than double the EFSA limit. Meanwhile Creapure® averaged 20 mg/kg DCD, i.e. 2.5× below the limit. DHT was not detected at all in the Creapure® raw material. In practice this means that with unflavored Creapure® you really get 5 g of pure creatine in 5 g of product. ²

Dosage and use
The standard dose is 3 g per day, though according to the latest studies up to 5 g per day, every day, long-term.³ Many experts say that for a body weight over 90 kg it's better to take 5 g. Users who want to achieve benefits in the area of cognitive function and longevity often take 10-20 g per day.
It works with water, but in combination with carbohydrates or proteins (a protein shake, fruit juice, food) it slightly improves absorption through the effect of insulin.
1 scoop (5 g) mixed with 250–300 ml of water, juice or a protein drink.
Take it any time of day - consistency is key, not timing.
You'll reach full muscle saturation in 3-4 weeks.
Take it on both training and non-training days.
How to recognize original Creapure®
Original Creapure® has characteristic crystals of varying size (mesh ~80, similar to crystalline sugar), because it forms through natural crystallization from the so-called mother liquid. Larger crystals dissolve more slowly, smaller ones faster. This is a sign of authenticity, not a defect. You should, however, expect that Creapure® dissolves more slowly in cold water.
AlzChem does not produce a micronized version of Creapure®. If you see a product labeled both as "Creapure®" and "micronized," it is incorrect labeling or a different product.
